I have been working with Harrison for the past few weeks on an incoming vehicle, Mini Countryman JCW. I was told that it would arrive later in the month or early next month. After dealing with him for two w on an incoming vehicle, Mini Countryman JCW. I was told that it would arrive later in the month or early next month. After dealing with him for two weeks on this, because the previous sales rep dropped the ball, I got a call from Dave telling me that the car I was to come purchase tonight, has now been sold. Turns out, the car had made it to the showroom for Two days and I was not made aware. I did read all the reviews, and most are great, and this could just be an isolated experience. But, this is unacceptable from a BMW brand dealer. I was told to go online and start a build process and that it would take 4-6 months to come. Very disappointed in the outcome, and the dealership.
