Claude,the Service director, very patiently and completely explained what was done to my MINI and why....answering all my questions in a very understandable manner.....escorted my Wife and I to our newly cleaned and serviced MINI!. Brittany,the Receptionist, was very kind and patient..explaining all that was necessary for the use of a loaner vehicle....also, gave us advise as to where the shopping and restaurants were! Most important..I love my MINI....my 3rd!! More

Never have had better service or care! We were visiting from NY state and had a flat tire issue. When it was decided we needed to get service they said to come right in and when we arrived they got us right in. They went over our entire warranty history and even offered to do a warranty maintenance that was due. They went over and above! Claude was extremely friendly and thorough. This us the best service out of 3 dealerships I have dealt with. It makes me want to buy my next car from that dealership. More

The team worked to help, get answers and remained calm finding solutions to any glitch that arose. Our sales associate, Brooke Hendrix was laid back and just kept the process flowing. Heather Smith in Fiance at MOFM (Mini of Ft. Meyers) just remained calm positive and encouraging. She said she would find a way that we could take the car home that day, and she did even when our credit card companies were not initially able to raise our credit limits in order that we could get our cash back rewards in lieu of using our investment funds. We took the car home that day while we we were on "our car high" and avoiding the disappointment of having to return another day. . . . and you think it can't better, they encouraged us to try their coffee machine that made the best cappuccinos around - FREE!
