Amazing quality and value for the price We just took delivery of our 2018 4drS hardtop. We were very surprised at how much technology and performance is wrapped into such a small package. Just a marker light out. I recently purchased a used MINI from the Fort Myers dealership and a few weeks later, noticed that the marker light on the front right fender was not I recently purchased a used MINI from the Fort Myers dealership and a few weeks later, noticed that the marker light on the front right fender was not illuminating. I had also broken the tether on the gas cap. I called the MINI of Fort Myers dealership and set up an appointment that was convenient to my schedule. When I drove in for the appointment, I was met by Eddie, who was the assigned service representative. I explained the problems with the car and he entered the information into his computer. Then he showed me the waiting area with the complimentary snacks and refreshments. After a hour Eddie, apologized for the delay and said that the marker light problem was not just the bulb but that the wires passing from the engine compartment had frayed and had to be repaired. About a half of an hour later, Eddie informed me that the car was ready and that the repairs had been covered under warranty, so my bill was zero. I knew that the car was still under warranty but my experience with other automobile dealers was that the deductible has to be paid or the part was not warranted. I had asked that the car not be washed because it had been recently cleaned. But I notice that the interior has be cleaned and it was in better shape then when I brought the car in to be serviced. In addition, when I got into the car I found a MINI first aid kit on the passengers seat, Eddie explained that the first aid was compliments of MINI. More
