Courteous, knowledgeable, and good service We were in for a safety recall for our 2012 Mini, and it was our first time at Mini of Fort Myers. We had an appointment, and they were ready for us We were in for a safety recall for our 2012 Mini, and it was our first time at Mini of Fort Myers. We had an appointment, and they were ready for us when we arrived, and (Sara) explained what would happen and how long it would take. While we were waiting, they offered to take us down the road for shopping and/or so we could get lunch. The service manager (Claude) even personally picked us up after lunch! Also, even though he know we were just waiting on service, a salesman (Paul) provided his substantial expertise and friendly explanations regarding the latest from Mini and various deals available if we might be considering a new or "new to us" replacement in the foreseeable future. We don't think there is anything they could have done better - we will definitely be thinking Mini of Fort Myers when it is time to replace our current Mini. Thank you. More

Great Dealership & Excellent Service Department Last Friday our car would not start--it was a dead battery. I called Mini Roadside Assistance and someone came to our house in a prompt manner and jum Last Friday our car would not start--it was a dead battery. I called Mini Roadside Assistance and someone came to our house in a prompt manner and jump started the car. We were able to drive to Mini of Fort Myers and were immediately assisted n the service department. Everyone was very friendly and professional! In no time they installed a new battery and we were on our way. The waiting area is very pleasant and comfortable. I can't say enough good things about Mini of Fort Myers. We've always had a very positive experience there. We love our Mini Cooper Clubman! More

Warranty work, repair of A/C condensation leak While on a road trip, our Mini Cooper Hardtop was found to be leaking A/C condensate onto the floor. Sara at Mini of Ft Myers scheduled us immediately While on a road trip, our Mini Cooper Hardtop was found to be leaking A/C condensate onto the floor. Sara at Mini of Ft Myers scheduled us immediately, ordered the required parts including new carpets, and got the car back with only a one day delay in our travel plans.
