Beyond good service for the car which I expected, they recognized I had my mini checked and serviced recently in advance of giving the car to my son. Beyond good service for the car which I expected, they recognized that the computer updates would take more time than I had anticipated and provided me with a loaner car without my even asking. A few day later, my son wanted information about the capabilities of the car which I did not know. He went to the dealership and they spent considerable time walking him through the car's functionality and electronics. Really competent, nice and so courteous. More
