Car showed Reduced Power warning light Showed up in the service department as it opened. 3 hours later after paying a diagnostic fee of $150. The diagnosis was I need over $4000+ worth of repairs!! I needed a new super charger (or so they said). However contemplating the great expense i decided to seek a second opinion. After a driving a short bit the message cleared it self and full power resumed. I reached out to the dealer to address the drastic cost estimate and discuss with senior staff 15 days later no response. It was obvious that tech was "green" as I challenged him on his diagnosis. Very efficient Had an issue with a "run flat" tire. Sarah checked me in without an appointment. Eddie and David got to the bottom of the problems and help me get GALLOWAY to pay for the extensive repairs. I am so grateful to them. Recent Mini service After receiving weird messages from the car’s computer, I took my Mini hardtop to the dealer from whom I bought it...Mini of Ft Myers. They put it th After receiving weird messages from the car’s computer, I took my Mini hardtop to the dealer from whom I bought it...Mini of Ft Myers. They put it through a series of diagnostics which seemed to give conflicting readings. Upon consultation with New Jersey, they installed a new Stability Control computer (module, I think) and programmed everything to suit. Though it took a while (over the Christmas holiday), the service people kept me informed about every step of the process. It is performing beautifully and I am happy with the service I received.
