Sound Service Brought my Mini in after I had bought it from another dealership in Ft. Myers. Was very surprised of the nice cwarm welcome from Sara Lengyel as soon Brought my Mini in after I had bought it from another dealership in Ft. Myers. Was very surprised of the nice cwarm welcome from Sara Lengyel as soon as we arrived. She was very professional and we felt comfortable with her. We ended up with three major repairs that had to be done. They gave us a loaner and several days later our Mini was ready. It was expensive, but we had bought a 2009 Mini, so it wasn’t a surprise, just hard to swallow a hefty repair bill. We ended up having to come back again, for one more small repair just a few days ago, but it was just an hours worth of time and we were on our way. We had decided to go to the Mini Dealer because we knew nothing about these type of cars and we wanted a repair shop that was knowledgeable and dealt with these type of vehicles every day. Very happy with our experience with this service center. Oh yea, I love the hot chocolate machine too! More

Purchased a used Mini Cooper and the experience was good. However all dealerships have this dog and pony show which is and continues to be truly irritating and condescending to the buyer. Perhaps one day someone will rise above this charade. More
