Purchase of my 2020 Cooper S. I contacted Mini of Fort Myers by phone to inquire about new Mini’s. Beth Monde answered my questions and sent me a spec sheet the same day. The fol I contacted Mini of Fort Myers by phone to inquire about new Mini’s. Beth Monde answered my questions and sent me a spec sheet the same day. The following day, I met Beth and test drove a Mini. Beth was knowledgeable of the car I was interested in and very accommodating to my inquiries. Very nice people that schedule the service calls, very customer service oriented. These are difficult times for many businesses with people being sheltered at home, etc. We had a small issue that fort customer service oriented.
