II had a very frustrating experience with MINI of Fort Myers while attempting to purchase a CPO vehicle remotely. I was required to wire the full purchase amount before being provided final paperwork, which meant I had no opportunity to review the documents in advance. After payment, I discovered discrepancies in the tax amounts — what I paid did not match what was reflected on the official paperwork. I reached out multiple times for clarification but received no response from the finance manager. The only time I was able to speak with someone about the documents was when I was patched into a call initiated by someone else, and instead of reviewing the issue and my concerns, the transaction was immediately canceled. We escalated the matter to the General Manager and had multiple conversations. While he expressed a desire to resolve the situation and acknowledged there may have been an error, no meaningful effort was made beyond returning the funds, and no clear explanation of what occurred was provided. The combination of inconsistent documentation, lack of communication, and how concerns were handled made this a very disappointing experience. I would recommend caution, especially for out-of-state or remote purchases. More

We were looking for a fun car for Florida as we are seasonal in the winter. We looked at lots of cars but ended with a Mini Clubman. My wife has had 2 Minis in the past so we know they are extremely we seasonal in the winter. We looked at lots of cars but ended with a Mini Clubman.
