Betzi was extremely knowledgeable when I went to Ft Myers Mini last year with a friend for her to look at a new car. It was that visit that made me go back to this dealer when I was ready for my new convertible, I had researched the car while being up north and Betzi helped me with the packages that contained what I wanted on the phone. When I picked up my car today she walked me though every feature and set the car up. She knew every end of the OLED screen and more. Bob in finance was also pleasant to deal with. There was no push on extra packages, just guidance for my use. This is my first experience with this dealership and I hope to have more in the future ! More

Do not spend money here! The sales manager is the most unprofessional I’ve experienced! After today's visit, I would NEVER recommend any one buy a car here! The sales manager, Steven Moldovan, is as unprofessional as they come. I took a few concerns directly to him after buying a car in April, explained the experience, asking for nothing in return, hoping it would help him improve his team in the future. Well, 5 minutes later while I was waiting for my car to be serviced, he summons me to an interview room and scolds me for saying something | DID NOT SAY and beyond. Insincere, bullish and down right rude. Most people would have blown up social media 7 months ago with the details of the dealership falling short. I chose to wait until I was there, in person, to mention my concerns and he felt it was more important to have the last rude word than have a customer leave feeling heard. The general manager came out, nice enough, but the damage was done. Drive somewhere else to buy your Mini if you want to work with a sales manager that is a grown xxx man that can hear criticism and render a positive solution. More
