Betzi was extremely knowledgeable when I went to Ft Myers Mini last year with a friend for her to look at a new car. It was that visit that made me go back to this dealer when I was ready for my new conver Mini last year with a friend for her to look at a new car. It was that visit that made me go back to this dealer when I was ready for my new convertible, I had researched the car while being up north and Betzi helped me with the packages that contained what I wanted on the phone. When I picked up my car today she walked me though every feature and set the car up. She knew every end of the OLED screen and more. Bob in finance was also pleasant to deal with. There was no push on extra packages, just guidance for my use. This is my first experience with this dealership and I hope to have more in the future ! More
