Excellent customer service. Service department was super helpful, honest and friendly. I was able to get a same day appointment for a check engine light repair. Also, my repair was covered under an extended warranty-again that I was unaware of! Super experience, will definitely be going back to Mini of Fairfield County for maintenance of my Mini. Service was fine. Video was plus. BUT I bought my car less than 3 yrs ago but hag 39k miles on it so wasnt covered. You can track how many miles the car has gone.
