The dealership helped me right away with my car overheating in their lot....rushed out and the manager immediately got the situation under control. The car did sustain damage from that and took several days to resolve it all. My only complaint is not hearing back when I'd call to know what progress and results were being made..... All in all they made all the repairs they said were needed and so far the car seems to be running well! More

Having to pay over $300 to replace a battery six months into a CPO car does not give me confidence with this dealerships commitment to customer. If they at least worked with me by at least splitting the co into a CPO car does not give me confidence with this dealerships commitment to customer. We got there early and requested to see whether the simple oil change and 25000 inspection could be done. We got there at 10:30- ended up buying a maintenance plan for 1,800 - we asked to buy new tires simple oil change and 25000 inspection could be done. We got there at 10:30- ended up buying a maintenance plan for 1,800 - we asked to buy new tires which would have been almost 1,500 more.- but they said we needed to come in another day- IN 2 weeks. We ended up waitaing over 4 hours for an oil change- and a second visit in 2 weeks for the tires. The manager was not very nice. The lady who saw us directly was friendly. I think they need to have more people in or open on weekends or simply be nicer and efficient. More
