Especially in my home state where, every time I had to deal with a car salesperson, I always left feeling like I needed a shower. So, naturally, I approach buying another car, especially pre-owned, with more than a little trepidation. Imagine my surprise when Joy Teodosio proved that it does not have to be this way! I spent an enjoyable Saturday morning hanging out at MINI of Fairfield County. And I did not start out very happy because the car I actually went to test drive had a deposit placed on it by another customer. But by the time I left, I was a VERY happy man. Joy worked with me and her co-workers (sorry, co-workers, I am terrible with names) to get me a very fair deal on a car I am really happy with. No, not just “fair”: a very GOOD deal. I did not feel manipulated. I felt I was, for a change, dealing with honest people. When I buy my next MINI (and there will be a next MINI), I hope I can work with Joy again. She was, to be a little corny, a “joy” to work with! More
