Very happy with the service department! Dropped my car off at 8:30am and they promised the car by 1:00. They called at 12:00 and said the car was ready! Yay! I was actually very pleased with the response and service I got. I dealt with Chase and Brandon. Both friendly and quick to help. Where I have an issue is the Diagnosis of my oil leak. I have been working on cars for a number of years. I know what commonly leaks. I specifically asked for them to check. What I got was disappointing. Feel as if they didn't look over the car. If I had gotten multiple items listed for possible replacement, I would have been happy. Then I know where to start. But no such list. More

Everything was great until while driving after my low air light came on after leaving. The wrong amount of air was put in my tires so I had to make a stop to fill them properly. I have had my Mini for nine years and Brandon Martinez has helped me set up my service each year. He provides excellent service. I was impressed with the effort made to ensure sanitation and safety duri has helped me set up my service each year. He provides excellent service. All employees wore masks, as did I. I was disappointed that I was the only customer wearing a mask as other customers did not show the same consideration as the staff who were taking precautions for spread of the virus. More
