This was my first time buying my very own car from a dealer. Mike Scholz was very friendly and I could see that he truly cares about his customers. I could not make up my mind so I asked if I could test drive cooper, cooper s, and the one with a sports package, and his answer was always "Sure!" without any hesitation. Again, he was very friendly and I felt very comfortable asking him questions. They treat everyone with such respect, they are very down to earth, and they never try to sell you anything you Alexander Mini every time I'm there. In fact, they'll tell you what services will probably become due for the next service and they'll never try to push you to get those services done before they're due. My service manager, Phil, is such a pleasure to work with that I actually look forward to taking my car in when it's due for its service just so we can catch up. Phil goes above and beyond making sure everything is taken care of with my car and I know when I get my car back, everything that needed to be done, is done. (Getting the car back nice and clean is always a plus too.) With this level of service, I know when I'm ready to buy another car, I'll be back to this dealership. More
