I bought my mini cooper last month and of course had a sales person willing to do anything to close a deal. We asked several times if there is anything wrong with the car since it was 2008 . Adrian our sa sales person willing to do anything to close a deal. We asked several times if there is anything wrong with the car since it was 2008 . Adrian our sales person assured us that everything is checked and passed all their test. We believed him since this was my second mini I get from Nick Alexander. The first we get home there was so many problems with the car. Thank god it already had warranty if not all the problems the car had we would of had to pay for everything. I have called many times Adrian and Mini manager and I have not received a call back. I would advise anybody not to get a car from Nick who knows if your going to get a car that works. Once they have your money they don't care about you. More

Awesome customer service and great service! They were very attentive to our concerns and needs. Ivan did a GREAT job in making sure we were pleased wirth our service. Me and my husband purchased our first Mini in OCt 2011 Me and my husband purchased our first Mini in OCt 2011 and it has been a nightmare ever since never buy a mini from this place unless you like to bu Me and my husband purchased our first Mini in OCt 2011 and it has been a nightmare ever since never buy a mini from this place unless you like to buy a car and then get treated as thou "now we have your money and we just don't care" andres sales manager when we signed due bill we were to get stripes on car for free from mini motors the stripes we wanted were a $35 diff and instead of them excusing it for customer service he told me he would take off if I just wrote on this website great reviews however I felt like he wanted me to lie to future customers and I'm honest person then we were suppose to get our rims done black and now we in feb 2012 and they ruined my 2012 mini they painted my rims while on car I have over spray on components and also rims were scratched they are ruined then I was told lori frm customer service was gonna call me for being unhappy and I had to call her with my issue I was so unsatisfied with the service I went to her boss and I never got a call back from her and now they have my car and never fixed what they promised and I'm still unhappy this company took my money and don't care. Do not buy your car here the service after is really bad also there is noise in my car and they are suppose to fix and are saying that they can't hear anything the Lori is not available and her boss doesn't care to do right for us this has made me regret ever getting this car because of the horrible not caring attitudes you get from everyone More

Would like to urge everyone to visit Nick Alexander's Mini dealership. But ask for George. The guy was courteous, patient and most of all listened to our needs and conditions. We test drove the car we Mini dealership. But ask for George. The guy was courteous, patient and most of all listened to our needs and conditions. We test drove the car we wanted to with a monthly in mind, left the dealership with the EXACT monthly figure. We got a great deal and most of all, our experience was fun and memorable. My car needed service and Nick Alexander was beyond accommodating. A couple days later when a new problem arose (random and uncharacteristically for Mini's - they are all I drive) and I didn't have an accommodating. A couple days later when a new problem arose (random and uncharacteristically for Mini's - they are all I drive) and I didn't have any more time to spend on fixing my car, Eddie coordinated for a loaner to be brought to me. He was kind, reassuring and pleasant throughout the entire process and while things of this nature can be a pain, my experience was completely painless. I recommend Nick Alexander to everyone I know.
