I have a 2011 Mini Cooper S and although I didn't purchase my MINI at Alexander I chose this dealership for service. Everyone from the receptionist, parts department, shuttle drivers, and sales staff purchase my MINI at Alexander I chose this dealership for service. Everyone from the receptionist, parts department, shuttle drivers, and sales staff are always professional and friendly. Like many MINI owners I've spent quite a bit of time at the dealership for minor repairs covered by warranty. I've dealt with 3 different MINI dealerships and this is by far the best one in my opinion. The only reason I did not purchase my MINI with them is because they didn't have one in stock that had all the bells and whistles I wanted. They have an excellent waiting area and good coffee. More

I had a great experience buying my Mini with Adrian he was super awesome. The only thing was that my Mini had a couple of damages inside that weren't mentioned to me, but hope that can fix them once I get was super awesome. Sales Rep and managers @ Alexander Mini were very friendly and they were easy to work with. As long as you give them reasonable offer, they will not say "NO" If you are thinking about trading friendly and they were easy to work with. (Person appraising at most dealers will scare you with unexpected numbers...) I got my Mini from "Danny". Very polite salesperson. 'nuff said... I had good experience with Alexander Mini and I'm sure you will not be dissapointed More
Danny Kim is very nice he makes you feel comfortable and knows the product very well to answer all the questions you might have. I recommend that any Korean who wants a mini should go to nicks imports and knows the product very well to answer all the questions you might have. Danny Kim was my salesperson. Although he was very nice, he lacked follow up. I asked him to call me the following day by noon to confirm the deal we discussed with his sales manager, Andres. He did not call the next day at all, nor did he call the day after. After I placed 2 calls to Danny (no response) I called Andres, the sales manager, who did finish my deal with alacrity. I specified to Danny I wanted the satellite/Radio/Navigation Package as listed on the web and in the book. He assured me my car would have that, as I was buying a car not on the lot. The car came in and it Does NOT have Satellite. I feel like Danny sold me a car knowingly without the extra I asked for and paid for. Andres promised that the new satellite upgrade would be in by November and that they will install it. WE SHALL SEE. I am not happy I don't have what I asked for and what I have paid for and not happy I need to wait 3 months to get it. I am not comfortable they will even follow through, at which point my negative comments will go viral. Until they make this right, I will not be recommending a Mini or this dealership. If and when I get what I asked for and paid for, I will then change my service rating to something more positive. More
First off, "price" is never "great" unless it's free.I bring my Mini Cooper here for service because of the SERVICE. Great staff. Exceptionally friendly and courteous. I've been to Nick Alexander BMW several times...Service and the leasing of 2 Minis. Every time I am treated well. It's easy, fast and NO attitude. I was especially impressed by Laura Morrow who leased me m and the leasing of 2 Minis. Every time I am treated well. It's easy, fast and NO attitude. I was especially impressed by Laura Morrow who leased me my latest Mini Cooper. She worked with me on price and was sensitive to my time constraints. Also, the gentleman in finance was fabulous! I was completely taken care of. I recommend EVERYONE I know who wants a Mini or BMW to Nick Alexander. More
