Best dealer service experience I have ever had. Parker Adams is super knowledgeable and was great to work with. My Cooper S had a suspension issue for over a year and a half that MINI of Dallas wa Parker Adams is super knowledgeable and was great to work with. Since getting my mini I have always gone to the Plano location, however I recently moved downtown so I decided to try the Dallas location. The actual service and the service workers in the garage were gr location, however I recently moved downtown so I decided to try the Dallas location. The actual service and the service workers in the garage were great. However, the women working the mini desk, Katherine, has zero customer service skills. I did the drop off option as I had to get to work and I ended up sitting in the reception area waiting for her to come talk to me for 50 minutes. My boyfriend and I had to walk to her desk for her to help us. When we got there she wasn’t apologetic at all. When you drop off your car they give you text updates and ask if you have any questions. However, when I responded to her she never got back to me. Finally they have a time online for the service area to close however the staff can leave at whatever time they want so if they go home early you won’t be able to pick up your car before it closed. From now on I’ll drive the extra miles to go to the Plano location. More

Parker is amazing always ask for him and he goes above and beyond to make sure I am satisfied and helps correct any issues if there have been minor things. Though the technicians that air up the tires alw and beyond to make sure I am satisfied and helps correct any issues if there have been minor things. Though the technicians that air up the tires always lose my valve stem caps and that is super annoying. More
