I am a returning customer primarily because of Parker, a customer service representative. He gives song advice, never tries to push services on me, and he is great a communication. Additionally, I love the videos that the technicians send me of their assessment of my car, and the work they do is high quality. The only downside is the calling to schedule my service. The scheduler was curt, not friendly, and I had to correct them after I explained my car's issue. Scheduling was a sharp contrast (in negative way) to the rest of my experience. More
I came in with a specific issue and the service manager answered that plus all follow up questions. Came in for a tire balance and rotate. Oscar Miranda was my advisor. He is an amazing advisor and great asset to the company. Efficient/ courteous service from Oscar.
