I adore this place - I'll always own a MINI specifically because of the service. Great car, great people on the team. People in my friend/family circle with other brands (Dodge, Mercedes, etc) are always de because of the service. Great car, great people on the team. He gave me some great information on the services that they would be performing on my car that day, as well as some excellent advice for the future to help me keep my Mini in great condition. I am a returning customer primarily because of Parker, a customer service representative. He gives song advice, never tries to push services on me, and he is great a communication.
