I always use the dealership for my mini repairs. Everyone is courteous and genuinely interested in helping. During my last visit, Parker was exceptionally helpful and kept me informed on the progress of repa is courteous and genuinely interested in helping. Even after I had to leave my car for extended repairs, Parker continued to keep me informed on the progress of the repairs. This is my second mini that I have purchased from Mini of Dallas and will buy my next car from them as well. More

Colin was great! He answered all my questions. However, as a first time service client, I almost decided take my business elsewhere. The initial customer service experience was awful. I called everyday try as a first time service client, I almost decided take my business elsewhere. The initial customer service experience was awful. I called everyday trying to get a call back from my assigned service advisor. The call representative would take down my information but I never received a call back - even after calling every single day for a week! I hope Mini Cooper/BMW of Dallas takes into consideration how calls are triaged. Remember, simply getting customers to book appointments with no opportunity to communicate back to them will end in dissatisfied clients and it’s just bad business. I hope my comments are taken into consideration. Thanks. More

Great customer service! I had a nail in my tire and they attended to me right away. Colin kept me posted and took care of everything! Car was cleaned inside and out when I got it back the next day! Mini/BMW of Dallas is my go to for repairs on my Mini Cooper. Excellent customer service and I always feel they do a great job. I have been coming to this dealership for ~1 1/2 years ever since the dealership that I bought the Mini closed. To be honest, my 1st experience was so bad that I considered taking the car to a dealershi ever since the dealership that I bought the Mini closed. To be honest, my 1st experience was so bad that I considered taking the car to a dealership 45 min - 1 hr away. But a new manager (Carlos F) started & asked me to give them one more chance... I was super reluctant but thought that I would be fair. He made sure that my initial experience was resolved quickly. I’m glad that I gave him a chance to show what the dept could do: under the new service dept management, I have not had any problems. I am actually here on a Sat bc of a surprise warning light: even though I didn’t have an appointment, the service rep quickly took care of me & is working to figure out the car warning light. I would recommend using them or giving them a chance even if you had a previous issue before the new manager (Carlos F) started. Last year (1st experience), I would have given the dept a -5; now I’d give them a (positive) 5. More
