I adore this place - I'll always own a MINI specifically because of the service. Great car, great people on the team. People in my friend/family circle with other brands (Dodge, Mercedes, etc) are always de because of the service. Great car, great people on the team. Let me tell you- the quality of service I received here exceeded far beyond my expectations, it was so personable, professional and extremely accommodating. I felt like I was being pampered! The gentleman that was assisting me, Severo, was such a class act. He was so kind and very easy to talk to. He gave me some great information on the services that they would be performing on my car that day, as well as some excellent advice for the future to help me keep my Mini in great condition. I am a returning customer primarily because of Parker, a customer service representative. He gives song advice, never tries to push services on me, and he is great a communication. The scheduler was curt, not friendly, and I had to correct them after I explained my car's issue. Scheduling was a sharp contrast (in negative way) to the rest of my experience. More
