I took my 2017 Mini in for service: engine check light came on, it was running rough and I think the windshield washer tank was leaking. Estimate: 2000 (software update and replace engine mount). But it was still running hard after the repair. They discovered I had bad fuel. Cost to drain fuel and replace fuel pump: $1300. The service advisor applied a $200 coupon. Total cost: $3000. Altho no one wants a costly repair, they were thorough and kept me informed. More
I adore this place - I'll always own a MINI specifically because of the service. Great car, great people on the team. People in my friend/family circle with other brands (Dodge, Mercedes, etc) are always de because of the service. Great car, great people on the team. My experience at Mini of Dallas was fantastic! I needed to have my Mini serviced and since my hometown doesn't have a Mini dealership, I came to Dallas. Let me tell you- the quality of service I received here exceeded far beyond my expectations, it was so personable, professional and extremely accommodating. I felt like I was being pampered! The gentleman that was assisting me, Severo, was such a class act. He was so kind and very easy to talk to. He gave me some great information on the services that they would be performing on my car that day, as well as some excellent advice for the future to help me keep my Mini in great condition. I highly recommend Mini of Dallas, great experience and great people! More
Very clean, modern showroom, lot not too big; probably had 20 new cars and 15 used. Enjoyed working with Kevin Choi, only reason we bought the car! I am a returning customer primarily because of Parker, a customer service representative. He gives song advice, never tries to push services on me, and he is great a communication. Additionally, I love the videos that the technicians send me of their assessment of my car, and the work they do is high quality. The only downside is the calling to schedule my service. The scheduler was curt, not friendly, and I had to correct them after I explained my car's issue. Scheduling was a sharp contrast (in negative way) to the rest of my experience. More
