Colin was great! He answered all my questions. However, as a first time service client, I almost decided take my business elsewhere. The initial customer service experience was awful. I called everyday try as a first time service client, I almost decided take my business elsewhere. The initial customer service experience was awful. I called everyday trying to get a call back from my assigned service advisor. The call representative would take down my information but I never received a call back - even after calling every single day for a week! I hope Mini Cooper/BMW of Dallas takes into consideration how calls are triaged. Remember, simply getting customers to book appointments with no opportunity to communicate back to them will end in dissatisfied clients and it’s just bad business.
