When we were in there originally nine days ago to repair and replace front brake sensors and front brakes. During inspection a few other things were found, but the rear brake sensors and rear brakes were no and replace front brake sensors and front brakes. During inspection a few other things were found, but the rear brake sensors and rear brakes were not on the list. They said they were fine. . After leaving the rear brake sensors go off and brought it back to the shop. Was told rear brake sensor to be replaced and brakes. When my wife left, we looked at the invoice and they only replace the sensors. Apparently it says the sensors were damaged by a rock. I’m not sure when they inspect the first time they damaged them. I feel the dealership was not honest. We are not happy. More

CONSUMER BEWARE! !! My wife took her car in to get it diagnosed for some error messages on the dash. One week later we were told we needed to replace a certain module !! My wife took her car in to get it diagnosed for some error messages on the dash. One week later we were told we needed to replace a certain module and that's why the lights would flicker. The module was replaced ($1200) and then were were told it was a different module and to do that one it would be an additional $1300. So after paying that and waiting another week to get the car back we went to pick it up. When we went the light was still flickering and the technician said it needed new brake light build and headlight bulb. Since that is something we can do we drove it home and changed those out. After all that it was still doing the same thing with the headlight flickering. Now the service department said a different module needs to be replace and that will be an additional $4500. So basically we have paid $2500 to get the car back the same way we took it in. I will never go back to Mini of Clearlake ever again. More

They did not fix the car. Took in for starting issues. They changed out the battery in the key fob. And said that was it. No! We took it to another auto repair shop that day Took in for starting issues. They changed out the battery in the key fob. And said that was it. No! We took it to another auto repair shop that day and it needed a new battery. There were 3 bad cells. So they never checked it. . Recommended unnecessary brake repairs. $950. Also confirmed by the other auto repair shot that the brakes were not even 50% worn. Not happy. More
