In a day and age when everyone is out to make a fast buck, it is so nice to go to a place that remembers what customer service is all about! I bought my new Mini from Seth Young, and he is by far the most enthusiastic and knowledgeable sales person I have ever encountered. Kelly Murchie is my service rep, and she is honest and a joy to work with. She always lets me know what my car needs or doesn't need. She emails me when the car is done, and can explain what was wrong. A quality product and Great service, that is MINI of Charleston. More

unexcusable Rude behavior I pulled up at 5.50 on thinking they closed at 8 pm, parked my car and started to walk around to look at the cars parked outside. A woman wearing jeans yelled Maam! ma'am ,could you please move your car! My customer wants to take a picture of their new car next to their old car and your parked in the wrong spot! "And by the way we are closed anyway! Come back another time! " I pulled my car out of the spot, went to leave When I saw the car that I drove an hour to see so I stopped, and went to look at the sticker. The same saleswoman dressed in jeans yelled at me again....! Please just come back another time.! So rude and unnecessary and off putting. I'll never go back. More
