Wow! What a Great Experience! Just moved to Charleston and this was our first experience with this Just moved to Charleston and this was our first experience with this dealer. Our much loved Mini had a couple of issues. Even with the renovations and resulting messiness that was going on there, the experience was about as flawless as could be. We felt supported the entire way through from the drop-off, to the inspection and reporting, to the repair and pickup process. Was really impressed when I got a video from the technician doing a walk through of what was found and what needed to be done to address the problems. The final pricing was consistent with working with a dealer but so was the high quality of the service. Based on this one positive first experience I'd go back again and recommend them to others. More

Service was as scheduled. Kelley was knowledgeable and explained everything well, including the issue with the strut support bearing. She was very polite. I knew my daughter's Mini had an issue, so we took it into the Dealer. Kelly got us right in. A little bit later they sent us a video showing where the leak was coming from and what it was. You can tell she is honestly trying to make sure the car is safe for our daughter, and not just trying to run up the bill like some other places I have been. I just had a 5-star service visit for my Mini at Hendrick in Mt. Pleasant yesterday. The Service representative, Kelley Murchie handled the entire experience (with interruptions that she handled with class a in Mt. Pleasant yesterday. Excellent service ! Dropped car off and was in loaner car in 10 minutes. No waiting. Called me and discussed problems found by the tech. Authorized repairs, and was called when my car was ready.
