I have had several Minis in the past, however been without one for about 5 years, and I was eager to have another one. I knew what I wanted, so I contacted the Dealership and gave my specifics. This November we went back to see him and found a great vehicle. I liked his professional and personal attention to every detail throughout the experience. The actual sale process with Seth was great as well. I was done in a short time with all my questions answered. Russ spent an hour with me during the delivery process to thoroughly explain all the new features of the car (and there are a lot!)
