My Mini Countryman needed a fairly large repair, but Mini of Austin still managed to get my car in to look it over right before the December holidays! I was given a loaner vehicle while it took some time fo of Austin still managed to get my car in to look it over right before the December holidays! I was given a loaner vehicle while it took some time for my car to get fixed, which I am so grateful for. I had called around to several BMW repair shops, and Mini of Austin was equally competitive with pricing, so that made it a no brainer to take it into the dealership. Mike Gardner, my service advisor, and the technician working on my car kept me up to date with everything going on from diagnosis and throughout the repair process, I felt like they were taking care of me and my car! There was no pressure to repair everything that was recommended, they just provided quotes and if I was interested to let them know. Very happy with my decision to bring my car into see them, I will bring my car back to them for any future repairs. More
