Poor communication. Pricing unexplained and lack of return calls. Car has been in shop for 3 almost weeks for clutch repair. It has been just sitting there till I called and finally got a hold of someone in service department. Said it would be ready in a couple days. 5 days later I call again to get update and finally started breaking it down and found more clutch issues/parts that were added to quote that I have never seen. Pricing for a clutch repair costing over 4K seems insane. I just wanted a understand of this price where it was coming from. I call and call only to get moved around from service people to service people and when requesting a call back they either don't return the call or call back 6hrs later. We had the mini a month before to do a tune up or look over for any issues. had the water pump replaced and some oil seal and belts. Did they not look at the transmission? I assume not. More

Although my stay was longer than I anticipated the experience was great. Amazingly friendly and professional staff that went out of their way to ensure I was taken well care of as well as ensuring the experience was great.
