For the past year, I have had my heart set on buying a mini. I did a lot of research on-line and chose (due to reviews) to call Mini of Annapolis. On Valentines Day, my husband and I traveled 60 miles t mini. I did a lot of research on-line and chose (due to reviews) to call Mini of Annapolis. On Valentines Day, my husband and I traveled 60 miles to this dealership to meet Sean, our salesman who answered all of our questions, took us for a test drive, showed us cars that had just been delivered the day before and quite simply made the whole experience the best car buying experience we've ever had! In the meantime, my Ford Escape was evaluated for a trade and that's where Rich stepped in. While the first offer was disappointing, after some honest discussions, the deal got better and I was going to be driving home in my new Cooper Clubman! Jerry walked us through financing that included cash, credit card, trade-in and financing. It was a breeze and the most efficient use of time for a very stressful (major) purchase. We went off for lunch and when we came back our new car was spiffy and ready to go! My dreams came true on Valentine's Day! Thanks, Sean, Rich and Jerry and everyone at Mini of Annapolis! More
I had been to Townson Mini last year and had the most uncomfortable experience with the salesman I was assigned. He was arrogant about my request about pricing deals, test driving and need to work with uncomfortable experience with the salesman I was assigned. He was arrogant about my request about pricing deals, test driving and need to work with someone that cared that I would buy a Mini from him. I went to Annapolis BMW Mini after inquiring about a vehicle they had. I received a phone call and email confirmation of my inquiry immediately. I set up an appointment for the next day. They had the mini ready for inspection and test driving. Richard Meckel, Sales Manager, had greeted me at the door and we discussed what I wanted in terms of a sales experience. Mark was great. I purchased the car with no hassles. They did everything quickly and right. Having purchased Infinite's for the past decade and loving the personal touch they give their customers, I have to say this was as good as that. This was such a positive experience during the entire process. After Towson Mini I did not think I would consider buying a Mini, but this was a pleasure. More
In all honestly my experience there was incredible. I had been set on buying a MINI, but only for the simple reason of breaking even on my trade. Otherwise the deal wasn't worth. I live in downtown Baltimore been set on buying a MINI, but only for the simple reason of breaking even on my trade. Otherwise the deal wasn't worth. I live in downtown Baltimore and work in Herndon, VA. So after work on the weekend (Friday) I decided to go buy a MINI I stopped by Sterling MINI, and had one of the worst experiences ever, and the day after to Towson. And again, not the greatest service in the world (I'll write reviews for each of these dealers). I called Annapolis as one last shot before given up and saving for a special order next year. I got Rich over the phone and he was an excellent right at the first sentence. And I will admit that I was torqued from me two other bad experiences so I didn't sound all that pleasant myself. He turned that right around. He asked all the right questions instead of telling me what I wanted. He called me back as he promised and kept in touch through the whole process. His salesmen, Will, was excellent at finding the next question, he never hesitated or made assumptions. They shop was clean and the all salemen during my wait were pleasant. And the car I wanted just came in. They were so intent on making sure I didn't have to wait till Monday to pick it up, they sent me out for a good size bill lunch while I waited. I read the other reviews and see nothing on what they are talking about. And I will be the first to say that I pretty much knew all the features of the car before going in. So I didn't and had no intentions on testing their knowledge. And from what I read of the other reviews it sounds like they knew what they wanted too, they just wanted to test their salesperson. I would think that the MINI is an enthusiast car, and its buyers are usually ones that know something about the car. I'm glad the sales staff didn't treat me like an idiot and waste my time with telling me things I knew. I have not performed any service on my vehicle yet. I will be taking it there though. And I'll see about the other reviews. More
