Normally great, this last time, kind of ehh Normally Mini has the best service. I've never experienced a company like them. But the last time I brought my car in the service was subpar. I had my windshield replaced and instead of leaving my car cleaner than they found it, it was dirty. The black rubber that is installed between the frame of the car and the window was all over the car, on the seats and mats. There was a sticker left on the windshield for me to remove myself. Normally, this wouldn't matter and it was fine, it just wasn't the quality of service I am used to with them. More
