Everyone at the dealership I've dealt with is professional and very helpful. The wait time is generally what was estimated unless something unusual happens. I get a ride with Larry to the mall - and then a call when Mini is done and a ride back. Prices aren't even bad. I always feel safe when I left there. I highly recommend this dealership!! I'm looking into a new-to-me Mini and Lauren in the Sales Dept. is great too! More
