Very good experience I have been to this dealer many times over the past few years. My MINI has over 150,000 miles on it and they have probably replaced everything under I have been to this dealer many times over the past few years. They have ALWAYS treated me with such kindness and respect- gone out of there way to accommodate me when needed. Robin and Luis are both wonderful. BOTH very much an asset to this dealership!! Wouldn't want to deal with anyone else!! More

Going the extra mile I took my 2018 Mini Clubman in for it's first oil change and routine maintenance check. Robin Cox from the service department found that three of my I took my 2018 Mini Clubman in for it's first oil change and routine maintenance check. Robin Cox from the service department found that three of my 4 tires needed to be replaced, he dealt with the Tire insurance company, provided me with a rental car for 5 days until the tires came in and assured me that while the car had some damage - it wasn't a big deal to fix. Robin was extremely thoughtful, professional and helpful. He made a frustrating situation as pleasant as it could be. More

Robin Cox and Luis are the best. Robin and Luis saved us yesterday just as they were closing. We were driving 30 miles from Allentown when the "check engine" light came on. We raced Robin and Luis saved us yesterday just as they were closing. We were driving 30 miles from Allentown when the "check engine" light came on. We raced to Daniels at 4:58; our vehicle was taken in, repaired and we were on our way in 45 minutes. These guys are to be commended for being so accommodating . Highest praise for these two. More

Excellent Work and Customer Service I had to take my car in for some extensive issues. Luis at Mini of Allentown was very helpful in describing the issues I was having and breaking down I had to take my car in for some extensive issues. I should also note that I have a 3rd party extended warranty that Luis helped make sure that what was supposed to be covered was covered by the company.
