Went in to have a key programmed. 1st time at a Mini dealership. Warmly greeted by service department members who promptly took my vehicle in for service. After repairs were complete, Robin took the time (at the end of the day) to help me further. Louis facilitated communication when Robin was unavailable. This team philosophy is appreciated.
