Great service experience! I bought my 2012 mini hardtop from a online dealer, but less than two weeks after I had to bring it in for service due to some warning lights. I inquired online whether they dealt from a online dealer, but less than two weeks after I had to bring it in for service due to some warning lights. I inquired online whether they dealt with third party warranty repairs. I got a response right away and made an appointment with the offer of a courtesy loaner. Luis was professional and kept me updated regularly throughout the two days my car was in their shop. They also offer the ability to schedule appointments online or by phone.
