Luis Rodriquez and Mini of Allentown provided us with great service last week! They picked up our car and delivered it (over an hour away). They found a nail in a tire and Luis sent me photos so I coul great service last week! They picked up our car and delivered it (over an hour away). They found a nail in a tire and Luis sent me photos so I could line up a tire purchase and change quickly. It was great that we were able to fix the tire before our 8 hour road trip. My 2015 Mini informed me it was time for service. I stopped by the dealership and Robin checked the key fob for status and set up an appointment. Mini 40,00 Mile Service Despite having 2 technicians away (training and vacation) my 40,000 mile service appointment went about as smoothly as I could expect. The service inc Despite having 2 technicians away (training and vacation) my 40,000 mile service appointment went about as smoothly as I could expect. The service included new brakes, state inspection, oil change etc, so overall the car was done and well cleaned in about 3 hours. The service personnel were friendly, efficient, and kept me informed on the progress of the job. Also had a nice chat with Lauren Leabman (salesperson that I worked with in puchasing my mini). We talked about the new electric mini...maybe someday! More
