Even during this pandemic my service manager Luis managed to provide professional and courteous service. I waited for my Mini and the seating was distanced and very clean. When anyone left it was that area w to provide professional and courteous service. I waited for my Mini and the seating was distanced and very clean. When anyone left it was that area was cleaned again. Everyone wore masks. Safe and comfortable. Service was fast and Mini was clean and had protective covers even on the steering wheel. This was my first visit and my first service for my new mini. Luis was super professional, explained and showed me how to connect and use my car play as I had just shipped my vehicle from Germany and they mini. Luis was super professional, explained and showed me how to connect and use my car play as I had just shipped my vehicle from Germany and they reset my system. Kudos to them for fitting me on the fly and helping. Would gladly recommend. More

Always a wonderful experience I drive 2 hrs to visit Mini of Allentown because they treat everyone really well. I had my windshield replaced due to a stone chip and had to get it i I drive 2 hrs to visit Mini of Allentown because they treat everyone really well. I had my windshield replaced due to a stone chip and had to get it inspected, they fit me in very quickly and had me out of there in less than an hour. Robin is very personable and has always made my experience top notch. Also, he added a an oil change to the workorder because I was close. I have leased 3 Minis and this dealership provides the best customer care. Thanks MINI of Allentown you guys always make the etra drive worthwile More
