I have been dealing with Robin in taking care of my 2013 Paceman, and with his continued help she will last me a very long time to come. The Best! I’ve been to MINI of Allentown for service twice and they are the best I’ve ever dealt with. Charlie Gerson did a phenomenal job that showed his expertise and speed of service. Mr. Webb Lingle couldn't have been nicer, more accomodating, pleasant, and generous making this my best experience at any dealership so far. BMW of Allentown made mine and my wife's day. It was worth my trip from New York. I will continue servicing my car at Mini or Allentown and will consider my next car purchase first at BMW of Allentown. Even during this pandemic my service manager Luis managed to provide professional and courteous service. I waited for my Mini and the seating was distanced and very clean. When anyone left it was that area w to provide professional and courteous service. I waited for my Mini and the seating was distanced and very clean. When anyone left it was that area was cleaned again. Everyone wore masks. Safe and comfortable. Service was fast and Mini was clean and had protective covers even on the steering wheel. I love this dealership. Everyone is friendly and professional! More
