If I could give a zero rating I would. Never do business with MCMC. Within 1 week after the car was bought it was in the shop. Then again the next week for the same issue. Now not even 3 months later and after getting oil changed etc the engine blew! Even with having purchased the extended warranty they won’t fix it. Even though we purchased the warranty. I’m being told it will be at least 2k to get it fixed. This is after paying a rental car twice for over 500 dollars each time. The warranty means NOTHING but them taking your money. Every person in this company is RUDE! More
If I could give this company a zero I would it’s okay experiencing them trying to get you to buy the car however when your dealing with account reps for payment or anything else they are rude, disrespect experiencing them trying to get you to buy the car however when your dealing with account reps for payment or anything else they are rude, disrespectful, and treat you like you owe them. I hate working with them on anything they quick to take your money but if it’s on them they procrastinate and never reach out to you to fix they error I really hate these people and I know that’s harsh but I don’t recommend them to anyone very poor customer service skills and overall a dissatisfaction. They need to fire all of them up there they don’t know how to interact with people and just because it’s collection you don’t have to be rude or treat people going through any type of hardship the way you do . I must say that Mr. Eliel Herrera was very kind and explained the process, and once I picked up my vehicle, they had done everything that I requested and explained if I had any problems, please don't hesitate to reach out to them. I need to thank Mr. Ramirez for walking me through the buying process and being so kind. I"m a generation buyer of MCMC vehicles over the years, and it reminded me of how well my family and I had been treated kindly over the years. It's incredible to know MCMC hasn't forgotten customer service and its importance; it is lovely to know that customer service is still one of MCMC's number one concerns. More

Price gouged during pandemic During the pandemic I had gotten sick and was in the hospital hooked up to a ventilator receiving medical treatment for a month due to asthmatic compl During the pandemic I had gotten sick and was in the hospital hooked up to a ventilator receiving medical treatment for a month due to asthmatic complications from Covid19. I recieved a text from them on March 18th stating that my account was past due $264. I did not receive this text until Monday April 13th after my vehicle had been repossessed due to non-payment. I was unable to contact MCMC because of being intubated due to asthmatic complications from the Corona Virus. I was released from the hospital on Sunday April 12th at 6:37pm. Checking my cell phone or email was not important to me considering I had just beaten the odds of surviving something that hundreds of thousands of people had not survived. I had gotten an email from them on March 24th while I was in the hospital that if we made a payment towards the balance that they would defer a payment. I had asked a family member to pay my bills for me since I was in the hospital and they had used the wrong account to pay my car note and the payment, unbeknownst to me, was returned by my bank. I later received a text message stating that on March 25th i was $264 behind on my car payments. Note I read this after my car was towed on Sunday, I was still in the hospital when this text came through. I attempted to email Ray Lloyd at MCMC and after 4 or 5 emails stating that I was sick and that the tow company had towed the vehicle illegal (breaking into a locked and secured gate on public property without a court order or my permission) that I was going to go ahead and pay the balance by borrowing money from family in order to do so. Well, after stating I was going to pay the balance I finally recieved a reply from Ray Lloyd stating that the balance was now $1124.86. First I've heard of a debt going from $264 to $1124.86 in 48 hours. I had not realized that I had a returned payment bc I was in the hospital. I wish that MCMC had waited until they spoke with someone about my account and maybe think about the fact that the reason I wasn't answering the phone might be due to something beyond my control. Especially with everything going on now. I've always been in communication with them if I was going to be late on a payment, and I've always been available to them when they called. I know MCMC knew I was in the hospital bc I had spoken with one of their collection agents while i was sick and told her I was out of work and sick and that I did not know when I was going to be able to make the payment. I wish MCMC would have considered that maybe I was apart of this global tragedy, and fighting for my life. According to their new policy in place that since they were deferring one payment if one payment is made that the balance reported on my account would automatically would be cut in half. I pray that MCMC can find it in their heart in the future to be more empathetic towards their customers and more conscious of global tragedies and how they effect people. I also hope in the future that MCMC will honor their new policies they put in place in order to assist their customers. In this instance their "make a payment and get one deferred" was not upheld by them. I will hopefully speak with someone in charge in the morning to further rectify this issue. More
Buyer Beware! BUYER BEWARE!!! First of all, I'd give them zero stars if I could. I've also seen the fact that they go in and try to 'mitigate' the bad reviews by BUYER BEWARE!!! First of all, I'd give them zero stars if I could. I've also seen the fact that they go in and try to 'mitigate' the bad reviews by saying a person 'isn't a customer'. Well, let me just say, that I am not the actual customer, it is my husband. So, while they may come in here and try to say I wasn't a customer, I assure you, my husband and I are real customers. They were wonderful when they wanted to take our money and sell us a car. The salesperson was great and we got the car and drove away and were very happy. That's where the happy ended, however. Anything that happens after, they make into the most convoluted path to do anything. They make their customers jump through hoops that should never have to happen. They SAY you can email, text, or call to talk to them. DO NOT believe them!!! You have to call, and then, even if you are authorized on the account from the beginning of the loan, they will say you aren't and make you jump through even more hoops to try to make dealing with them the hardest thing you ever do in your life!!! BUYER BEWARE! They may seem like a great option because they 'work with' those who have less than stellar credit. DO NOT BELIEVE them. They PREY UPON these people and make money doing it! More
