DISHONEST, DISHONEST, DISHONEST, DISHONEST! If I could give this place -5 stars I would. We purchased a Mini Cooper from these guys right before Christmas (12/18/18) as a present for our daughter. The tire pressure sensor was on Ahmad put air in the tires and told us to drive it around the block, we did. When we got back, the light was still on and he said that we would probably have to drive it farther than a block before it will go off. we paid for the car and before we left Ahmad told us that if anything is wrong with the vehicle let them know. We parked the car in the garage until Christmas day. We gave the car to her on Christmas day, her very first car, and she didn't even get to drive it one week. The check engine light came on and we noticed that it was leaking oil. My husband tried in vain to get in touch with Sami or Ahmad, he left multiple voice messages with the female who answered the phone. I called last week, from a different number and spoke to Sami. I told him the issues with the car and what Ahmad told us when we purchased the car. He gave me Ahmad's cell number. My husband has called Ahmad's cell number and left voice and text messages with no response. Ahmad's word is not his bond. Don't tell people to let you know if they have issues with the car and you have no intention on doing anything about it. Very friendly and accommodating until something goes wrong or until after the sale. This experience ruined what should have been a happy time for our daughters first car. They knowingly sell cars that have mechanical issues and they don't stand by their word. Stay far, far , far away from this place! UPDATE: About this time in February (After seeing this post) I was contacted by the owner who apologized for our bad experience and assured me that he did not know the vehicle was not fit for sale. We came to an agreement and to my surprise (sarcasm) he did not honor his word. His word is NOT his bond. If you still decide to do business with this business, do your due diligence and check out the car thoroughly before you buy it. More

I was looking to replace m You can always tell how good a company is "after the sell". In the case with Mbk auto group, it was a tale of two stories. I was looking to replace my 04 Lexus LS430, and ran across a low mileage 06 LS 430 at Mbk. I called I talked to Sami, and I explained to him I was an out of town buyer from St. Louis. The car looked to be super nice. A one owner trade from Westside Lexus, with low miles (50,974), a clean car fax, dealer maintained, etc. It even had a few extras like chrome wheels and a clear bra. After Sami sent me a copy of the title, I was able to locate the original owner, and she said she traded in to Westside Lexus, and it never was in any type of accident or flood. I was feeling starting to feel good about buying the car, so I asked Sami would he do a walk around while on the phone with me, and could he have it taken to Westside for an oil change (which included a post oil change inspection—All Lexus dealers do them with any service), and Sami had no problem with either. This would be my 3rd LS430 so I made sure he checked the speakers. In this model they dry rot around the edges, and is a costly repair. I listen to him crank the sound, and he assured me there were no busted speakers. So, on to the Lexus dealer she went. The Lexus dealership did the oil change and the post oil change inspection and said everything checked out great. So, I had already sent a $500 deposit on the car. So I wired the balance, shipping was sit up by Mbk, and my car was on the way to St. Louis. A very smooth transaction. This is where things changed. When the car arrived I immediately noticed something strange. "WHERE ARE THE CHROME WHEELS"! Next, soon as they pulled the car from the truck, and I got in I noticed a burning oil smell. I figured it was probably from the oil change. It was around 21 degrees in St. Louis, and after my first drive I noticed the heat was not getting warm. So, I parked it, let it cool down and check the radiator. The reservoir was bone dry, and the radiator level was low. I also noticed oil spots in my drive way. So, it had a very bad oil leak. (I have video and photos of everything listed). Also, the rear subwoofer was clearly blown. So, since I had Westside Lexus look at the car, my first concern with Mbk was the wheels and subwoofer. Their reply was that the chrome wheels were in bad shape, and we knew you already had chrome wheels from your last car, so we just took them off. IM THINKING- YOU DID THIS WITHOUT LETING ME KNOW. "ARE YOU SERIOUS? So, after some negotiations, they agreed to refund my $500 and to send me another sub-woofer. After a week of no refund check or subwoofer I called again and they said they would resend it and the Sub is on the way. After another week no Sub or check. I called again, they said we refunded your credit card, and the sub is on the way. They did refund my credit card, but after a month, I still don't have a sub. This is the worse part of the story. After taking the car to the Lexus dealership here in St. Louis, the car had all kind of problems. Both valve cover gaskets were leaking ($600),( the drain plug was finger tight and leaking oil), both front and rear brakes were cutting into wear sensors ($437 x2), right lower control arm bushings excessively worn ($597), hood struts no longer supporting the weight of the hood ($468.00) radiator low on anti-freeze, and the timing belt and water pump should be replaced based on manufacture standards regarding time ($1525). Someone in service clearly dropped the ball. I put most of the blame on WESTSIDE LEXUS on the service part . But, they refused to deal with me because Mbk brought the car to them (even thought I paid for the service). There was a total of 27 miles put on the car from the time it left Westside Lexus to the time it arrived to me). Their argument was they had no idea what happened to the car in the 27 miles it traveled after leaving their dealership. The major problem I have with Mbk is they did nothing to help me out with the Lexus dealership. When the dealership contacted them, they were told by Ahmed that they were happy with the service, and that they had already refunded me $800. This is a flat out lie! And what does the money they refunded me for the wheels have to do with the Lexus service any way. (And by the way I let them off very easy on the wheels-- you will never find a nice set of OEM LEXUS LS430 WHEEEL FOR $500). So now I am stuck with a car that needs repairs, and neither Lexus dealership or Mbk wants to take responsibility or take any actions on my behalf. This is a clear situation of me being an out of town customer. But I have talked to our company attorney’s, and they believe I have a clear case. So, I will be contacting attorneys from Houston. Shame on the Westside Lexus, and shame on Mbk. More
