My husband and I were unexpectedly in the market for a new car. I came across MB Motorsports web site and after reading the reviews decided they must be to good to be true. After all, we are talking about car salesmen and I always go to dealerships with my xx guard up since that has been my experience with them. My husband, after looking at their web site, convinced me to email and ask a few questions. I did and my email was answered by Justin. I could tell right away from his response that maybe I had been wrong. I asked straight up questions and got straight up answers. I was interested in a minivan and an SUV they had and decided, after a few emails back and forth with Justin, to make the hour plus trip in the hopes that we could make a deal. It was a Saturday morning and I received a call from Justin to let me know he was on his way to the dealership but had gotten stuck in unexpected traffic and was running a few minutes behind. While, we had yet to leave our home, I appreciated him taking the time to give us a heads up. When we arrived, Justin greeted us warmly and offered us bagels and a drink. We decided to get right to the cars and he had keys in pocket and both cars ready to be checked out. He also mentioned to us another minivan that they had just gotten in and finished detailing the day before. He had not even had time to place it on the web site yet. It was newer than the minivan we had been looking at and had quite a few very nice upgrades, one of which was an entertainment pkg. Even with that, he said he knew what price point we had been interested in and he would sell us the newer van at the same price as the first one we had looked at. We even ended up with a super warranty at a great price. Major bonus points in my book for that!! We next took it for a test drive. Everything looked and sounded great except the brakes felt a little loose to me in my very minimal car experience. I let my husband drive it and he felt the same about them. We told Justin our concern about the brakes and the owner(whose name escapes me now) overheard and said he would go out and look at them. While he was doing that, Justin got right on the phone with their mechanic and told him the issue and asked what he thought and when he would be able to take a look at it. Since it was already after noon on Saturday and we knew the mechanic left at one, we didn't expect them to have it checked out until Monday. We said that was fine and would come back mid week to pick it up. The owner came back in and said he believed it was the back brake pads causing the issue. They were not in bad shape but about 50% worn down. The next thing I know, they are back on the phone with the mechanic asking him how long it would take to replace them and the van was on it's way. We went on to sign the paperwork and while we waited had great conversations with Justin and the owner. In about an hour, the minivan was ready and back. Both Justin and the owner made it clear that if we had ANY problems with the new van OR our other car that was purchased somewhere else for that matter, to give them a call and they would do their best to help us out. Where else are you going to get that kind of service? We made the hour plus drive home and had no problems. The brakes felt much better and we are SUPER happy with our purchase!! We will not buy cars/minivans from anyone but MB Motorsports from now on. Is it a bit far to travel? Sure. But for the quality cars they sell and the customer service they offer, it is well worth the trip. I have already recommended them to a few friends. More
I purchased a 2004 Jaguar X-Type at MB Motorsports in June 2010. Everyone I met was friendly and promised to be there if anything went wrong with my car. While I paid about $1,000 more for the car than Kelly Blue Book stated, I was told by my salesman that the car was in excellent shape and that it was worth the extra money. They took my picture with my "New Car" and I drove off into the sunset to enjoy my ride. After only a week I started having problems with the car. The inside rear door panel kept falling off whenever someone tried to close the door from the inside, the headlights were bouncing around if I hit the slightest bump in the road, the inside wall of one tire was bulging outwards and the horn stopped working. I called MB and got a run-around from my salesman about how I bought a used car and some things were bound to happen. During the next 2 weeks I had to get the brakes replaced ($400), 4 new tires ($600), new headlamp housing ($450), new horn ($90) and then 32 days after the purchase the transmission & transfer case failed and required a full replacement for $4,000!!!! One good thing, I purchased the 12 month extension to the original 30 day powertrain warranty so all but $500 was covered for the transmission work but I was without the car for over a month! Total out of pocket at that point was $2,200. Not once did anyone at MB ever call me to see if the car was fixed let alone offer to offset any of these costs! After 10 months of driving (and another $1,500 in repairs) I traded the car in at a real dealership and took a $5,000 loss (exclusive of the repair costs)! Boy did I get ripped off by MB!!! The bottom line is: don’t trust MB to sell you a good, mechanically sound car like I did. More
Professional and easy to do business with....I highly recommend you stop by and meet the team at MB MotorSports...From the first time I walked onto the lot I was treated well without any high sales pitch recommend you stop by and meet the team at MB MotorSports...From the first time I walked onto the lot I was treated well without any high sales pitch...Justin answered my questions allowed me to test drive and no hard sale...It was just a pleasure to shop for a vehicle without the presure...The sale went easy...he accepted my offer and the final paper work was competed within the hour....And finally, my key needed a battery or possible new keyless remote....I asked Justin to take care of it before I got there...I thought I would hear, quote; "I couldn't do it so stop in next week and I will take care of it"...when I arrived he not only had the paper work ready to go, and a car ready, the keyless remote was taken care of...all an all a dealer I would highly recomend... I saw the website online while searching for an suv. I live out of state, so I drove 4hrs after being convinced by the reps over the phone to get the vehicle of my choice. I would recommend this company to anyone who’s in need of a vehicle and 100% customer service satisfaction. More

It was a pleasure to deal with the car sales man at MB motors. They were well educated on their vehicles and did not push to make a sale.We were able to test drive as many vehicles as we chose to. I had been looking for an older used F250 Superduty Supercab 4WD truck for sometime and saw one listed on Autotrader.com from MB Motorsports. I called and spoke with Justin and set an appointment to se Supercab 4WD truck for sometime and saw one listed on Autotrader.com from MB Motorsports. I called and spoke with Justin and set an appointment to see the truck. The 1999 F250 Superduty Supercab truck was all it was advertised to be - no gimics. The condition was excellent, listed price was good. Justin was professional, friendly, and to the point - not pushy, and wish-washy on price negotiation like the typical car salesman. I was very satisfied with the final negotiated truck price and trade-in value for my car. The truck had a problem with the electrical door locks not working properly. Justin arranged for the part and repair to be made on the same day as my purchase to save me the return travel time and personal inconvenience so that I could take the truck home knowing I could properly secure it - much appreciated. And while I waited for the repair, Bill Marshall, who took over for Justin as Justin had a pre-arranged personal plane flight to catch, was equally as professional, friendly, and efficient. The repair took a little longer than any of us expected, but Bill Marshall and one of the owners of MB Motorsports, Marty, passed the time talking about antique & classic cars, trucks, and motorcycles - it made for one of the most pleasant vehicle service waits I've ever had. Only there for part of one day, but literally felt like I was buying a car from friends - not your typical car sales dealership! Every other vehicle of this age at every other dealer was "as-is". However, despite the truck I bought being a 1999, MB Motorsports provided a 3 month/5,000 mile powertrain warranty at no cost to me! Justin has checked in with me since purchasing the truck by email and telephone to make sure no other issues have come up. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family, and in future car purchases, make MB Motorsports my first stop. More

I was treated with respect and i really appreciated that. I took the truck home and had a small issue with it,so i called Bill up and he had it fixed overnight,no questions asked, I was very very please to do business with MB Motorsports and I will definitely refer my friends and family. Justin helped me out alot with his knowledge and told me if i need any thing to call him anytime and he will help me out. He worked with me showing me the suv i was looking at and didnt rush me, Any questio if i need any thing to call him anytime and he will help me out. He focuses on just me and told him time to work with me on explaining the features on the truck. I would go back to that dealership in the future to buy my next truck. More
