This dealer was very dishonest. Their BBB rating is an "F" I worked with Bryan, who listed the vehicle on Ebay as "clean", "no known issues at all!", and "NON-SMOKER": Let me give you just a few of the pr I worked with Bryan, who listed the vehicle on Ebay as "clean", "no known issues at all!", and "NON-SMOKER": Let me give you just a few of the problems I found: 1. Cruise control doesn't work 2. Broken front bumper (vs. listing that it had just a few minor scuffs) 3. Driver window will only slide down a 3rd of the way and won't fully slide back up (needs to be pushed with hands). 4. Heater isn't working (heater hose was gone) 5. Numerous cigarette burns on the driver's seat, in the back and ceiling upholstery (amazing for a "non-smoker's" car) 6. Extremely bald tire with no tread at all, and the rest in very bad shape needing replacement. 7. Right blinker not working. 8. The master window controls from the driver don't work the rear windows. 9. Power door locks don't work 10. Rust in the rear seat bottoms (the title was clean, but it makes me think the car was flooded somehow) 11. Passenger window trim separating 12. Dashboard compartment door missing 13. Cigarette lighter missing. 14. No spare tire 15. Right rear tire size and hubcap were different than the others 16. Car pulls hard to the right 17. Back rear window won't slide up from driver's switch (works only from back switch) 18. Never sent me the temporary tag he promised to send The car was listed on Ebay and had photos (lighting and angles hid conditions), so I made a bid based on their listing. The dealer said to send him the deposit via PayPal, but I was unaware he took me out of Ebay, where I could have at least made a negative review. I made the mistake of signing the paperwork sight unseen and bought “as is”. The car was shipped to me. Once I saw the condition, I made several calls and emails to fix the bumper, take the car back and/or to at least discuss options, but Bryan never responded back. Their Better Business Bureau (BBB) rating is an "F" with 24 bad reviews, and the dealer has not responded to even one of those complaints. After MB gets your money and "As is" signature, they cease communications. They are definitely not a reputable dealer. More

He explained in great detail everything I need to know about owning and maintaining one of these cars. I settled on a clean white one. It needed some minor mechanical work such as sensors and coils to be in top shape so he hooked me up with the mechanic next door, Jimmy. Jimmy was great too and when I came back to pick up the car and pay Jimmy told me Jonathan picked up half the bill. What a class act. I have the car I wanted for a long time and two new friends. This means a lot as I just moved to the area. More

Do your research and stay away Purchased a 2007 Ford Explorer from them. I asked Bryan Crisp if the check engine light is on or if there are mechanical problems. I called him again paranoid before I made payment and he reassured me that they would do the right thing should there be an issue and that when my car arrives I would breathe a big sigh of relief. I received the vehicle and the check engine light was on and there were transmission problems as the car would not shift out of fail safe. There were also many other issues: hole in the bumper, tires needed to be replaced, spray painted bumpers, a banging noise when the AC is on, and 2 headlights out. I told them that I would pay for the body issues if they would simply pay for the repair of the transmission. They offered to pay half, but then completely went off the grid when it was time to send me the paperwork. Also, I was told by Bryan that I would receive the car in Ohio in 3-4 days, but I did not and then Jonathan told me that the truck going out that way was full and that maybe if I threw the driver an extra $100 he would put my car on there. Finally, I received the car within 7 days (with the above stated issues). This company also has turnover because when I spoke to Jonathan on 3/16, he indicated that his last day was on 3/15. So he no longer works there. This made things more difficult because the only number available was Bryan's and he has not picked up since I bought the car. Finally, they got me to buy the car outside of eBay so that I did not have eBay buyer protection. I did not find this out until after I paid for it. I felt obligated to post this review to warn others. Do not buy from this company. They are the most dishonest, poorly run company that I have ever dealt with and buying from them would be the worst decision that you could ever make. If you need confirmation of this, go to Better Business Bureau and look at all of the complaints, look at the Yelp reviews, look at the negative reviews on any of the other sites, and look up the victims group on Facebook (yes, they have done this to so many people that there is actually a Facebook victims group). There are a lot of good/fake reviews on some sites but they are clearly fake given that the only ratings for this company are for 1 star or 5 stars. No in between. Again, do your homework and you will see that your best decision will be to not give this company the time of day and move on. More
