Don't buy from this dealer. They claim no one speaks English. I had my car for 29 hours and returned it to get fixed since they stated I had a 2 year warranty. Only 1 item was fixed on the car.. they never called me about the car or work done. They had the car for 10 days. They only returned half my money back and then stated I had the car for 10days It was still on their lot and is still up for sale as we speak. Employees are not happy nor friendly. The owner is a crook. I also drove 2 hours to this dealer. Missed work and took 5 trips in the 10 days to see what what being done with vehicle.. Then to give me a check for half my down payment. When I said I was done they said o the person who authorized sign check not there. That's the 5th trip. I filed a complaint with BBB. Cars are so packed in there you can't even open door to look at the vehicle you want. So I complained to code enforcement as well. Please file as many complaints as possible. xxxx just change his name again as they have done in the past. But this man needs to be stopped from robbing hard working people!! You can file a complaint with DMV dealer department as well of Osceola county! More

I contacted the dealership on Monday to inquire if a vehicle I found online was still available. They informed me it was, and I indicated I would stop by soon to check it out. He had the air as though he couldn't be bothered to show me other vehicles. I had travelled over 100 miles that day, so it was beyond insulting to have this man look me up and down and then walk off. I do NOT recommend this dealership!! They are cheats and liars, and conceal the truth whenever they can. I kept asking for a Carfax report of the vehicle I was interested in. It wasn't til after I got very angry, and after signing all the paperwork for the loan that they told me the car had been in 2 accidents where airbags deployed! We observed that customer service was real bad on deals going on around us too! One guy traveled hours to buy a car there, and the transaction took all day!! Stay away from these frauds!! More

Worst dealership in history I recently financed a 2008 gmc Acadia slt. After filing out the paperwork and drove it home, a lot of maintenance requests appeared on the dash. One w I recently financed a 2008 gmc Acadia slt. After filing out the paperwork and drove it home, a lot of maintenance requests appeared on the dash. One was that 2 tps sensors were out and the other was the passenger airbag. The next day the rear tire was fully deflated. Later i noticed it had a hole in it. A week after the lease date the transmission stopped shifting. They took it after 5 days sitting at home. Once they fixed it they charged me for the part supposedly installed and for the supposedly tow truck charge. I state supposedly because no receipt was given to me just a written paper stating i paid the certain amount. A week after i brought her home the starter stopped cranking. I texted the manager for my receipts which he refuses to give me and tells me to deal with it. Its not even a month and ive spent more on that gmc than a whole year with my 1999 honda civic. They are thieves dressed as sheep. Beware of them and what disgusts me is that my race my people are the ones doing this. Instead of helping the people in need that makes sacrifices to have a reliable vehicle they sell you junk. The reason i wont return it is because i already gave two payments and my downpayment and i wont get that refunded. Now i have to face my demons with this huge mistake i made.
