The Good news: Everyone was nice and my remote car purchase went well. The Bad news: Because I bought remotely, I did not get to see the paperwork for the extended warranty I bought until the car was purchase went well. As soon as I read the terms, I decided that it wasn't for me. I requested a refund (~$2000) the day after the car was delivered. It's been 3 MONTHS and I still haven't seen the refund. The staff has been nice, BUT they NEVER call back when they say they will AND I still don't know if/when to expect the refund !!! I even spoke to Jeff Carrington, the VP, who said he'd call me back. NO call back, no information. * 2 hours after posting this I received a phone call with the information I needed. More
