heyy, just want to say I had a good time getting into the Jetta that I've wanted for awhile now. It's super awesome and was very affordable. Being a single mother makes your budget pretty tight. To be honest I didn't have high hopes for this place before going here. This was the 4th used car dealership I went to that day and was tired of people trying to rip me off. M2 had by far the best price before going here. This was the 4th used car dealership I went to that day and was tired of people trying to rip me off. M2 had by far the best prices and that's why I bought a Tahoe from them. It's going to be used primarily for the woods for hunting. It's absolutely perfect for my needs. Boris was my salesmen and he couldn't have done a better job. More
I went to look at and possibly buy a used 99 Volkswagen Cabrio on a Saturday. The customer service was terrible, the salesmen were unfriendly and rude and seemed too busy to assist me. They said they didn' Cabrio on a Saturday. The customer service was terrible, the salesmen were unfriendly and rude and seemed too busy to assist me. They said they didn't really have much information on the car as they had just gotten it in and seemed to avoid all of my questions. I finally got someone to take me for a test drive and the car made a strange rattling noise which the tried to pass off as a loose bracket on the muffler and again, brushed off any other questions I had. The price on the sticker was $3200 and I made an offer of $3000. the salesman told me he was firm on the price so I walked away. Later that evening I found that the dealership had posted the car online at $2900. After looking around at a few other cars of a similar model I decided I was going to call and accept that price Monday morning. The man I spoke with Monday morning agreed to hold the car for me as long as i put a deposit on the car and he faxed me the forms. I called back and told him I wanted the muffler looked at to make sure a broken bracket was the actual cause of the rattling, he said he would check on it and call me back later that day (which he never did). After I got home From work I drove 30 minutes down to the dealership to buy the car. When I arrived the man behind the desk told me that they had sold the car online that morning. Even after explaining to him that I had already put my down payment on the car that morning, he was still rude and unhelpful. They never actually charged the down payment to my card but they still had me under the impression that they would hold the car for me, without even calling to say they had sold it. I wouldn't suggest purchasing a car from this dealership unless you are a fan of terrible customer service and wasting your time. More
We felt so welcome the minute we walked in. Juan provided very fast service and showed us all of their inventory. it took us a week to finalize the purchase because of something with my insurance tho. M2 is definitely the most honest car dealership I’ve been to. The wife and I just had another kid so we need an suv. When we got there we told Eric what we were looking for. He gave us many options of what they had in stock. We test drove a few different ones before finding the one we liked. It wasn’t in the top notch condition but it runs and drives great. Great experience at M2 Auto Group. I love my new Jetta! The price was a little bit more than I can afford but they were able to help me out. I highly recommend M2 Group. The price was a little bit more than I can afford but they were able to help me out. I highly recommend M2 Group. More
M2 was the second car dealer I went to when searching for a pickup, and I didn’t need to go anywhere else. The first place I went to really tried to rip me off and they got aggressive and pushy. It was the complete opposite at M2 and that’s why I purchased a dodge ram from them. It did have higher miles than I wanted but the price was right in my budget. So far I love it! Thanks, Alesha L. First of all I’d like to thank Eric for his help. Since I have bad credit, it’s hard to purchase pretty much anything. Eric really threw me a bone to get the car I wanted. Honda makes some pretty good cars a have bad credit, it’s hard to purchase pretty much anything. Eric really threw me a bone to get the car I wanted. Honda makes some pretty good cars and I’m glad to have gotten an Accord from m2. Also, I had my mechanic friend take a look at the car before I purchased it and everything checked out okay. One thing he suggested was to get the brakes done in about 10k. For the price, I’m pretty sure I couldn't get a better deal anywhere else. More
I purchased a van from the in November and it wasn't until January when i presented with the problem. The reason it took so long to realize the problem was due to the fact they didn't send me the origin until January when i presented with the problem. The reason it took so long to realize the problem was due to the fact they didn't send me the original title to the van till January. The odometer on the van had around 91,000 miles on it, but the actual mileage from the the state of Nj title states it has 109,000. It leads me to believe that the true mileage of the van is unknown or in question. At no point in time was i told there was an issue regarding the the title till after i paid for the car. I would never had purchased the vehicle if that was the case. I seriously question any dealer who would sell a vehicle with an issue of this nature. I urge anyone looking to purchase a car from them to research the title on the car and to have a mechanic look at it. I hope this helps at least one person. More
