I was ripped off with a $6,000 undisclosed and agreed upon marked up. I signed because I got distracted talking to insurance agent while Monse (Another sales consultant) was putting together the deal. So upon marked up. I had to return the car after contacting the bank who financed it that I cannot continue with the loan! They still managed to charge me $500 and refunded only $4,000 of the down payment, claiming I have put miles on the car. I made an $4,500 down payment but they declared only $3,000 to the bank. They requested approximately $49,000 from the bank as the amount I’m borrowing; meanwhile I needed only $35,300 after the down payment. Even the extended warranty I agreed to for $3000 was also wrong. Jared told me it was a 2 years/100,000 mile. But when I got home and plugged in the USB drive, I learnt he entered only 30,000 miles. So it was a very bad experience at M Sport Motor Car, traveling from Virginia to get a good deal. I was wrong. Everyone wanted a piece of me. It's so sad. I wasted my time, and also lost over $1,000 to them and transportation back and forth from Virginia. My google review will come soon! More

Would've been a 5-star review based on 99% of my time (2 different visits, and ~5 hours of time) with the salesperson, Oren, and manager, Manu. However, leaving 1-star (and wish it was 0 stars) due what happened during the final 10 minutes before the deal collapsed. I was hit with a barrage of additional costs and fees that inflated the out the door price by $10k!!! Including multiple thousands of dollars for the M-Sport Certification (7yr, 100,000 mile warranty), which was advertised on the website and discussed in-person as if it was included in the advertised price, and additional thousands of dollars because I was paying cash instead of financing. At the end, they would not accept a cash offer with an out the door price that was for the advertised price plus sales tax, registration costs, and their documentation fee. Even when I agreed to finance part of the deal, it was still not good enough. Definitely shady practice where the listed price was not ultimately honored, and they wouldn't provide an out the door price until I was sitting in the back room after I had gotten a cashier's check for the full advertised cost of the car. More
