Miguel was awesome, patient, attentive, knowledgeable & forward. Leslie was rude, impatient & deceitful. Fraud dealership be aware ! !!! They sold me a lemon, took my 8 thousand dollars, they still have my car when i purchased it on September 9th i dropped it off for servicing on Se !!! Such an awful experience. Seem like they wanted to say no to everything instead of yes. I was willing to drive 2 hours & 45min for the right car & sales manager was “too busy Seem like they wanted to say no to everything instead of yes. I was willing to drive 2 hours & 45min for the right car & sales manager was “too busy” to have time to call me re: questions. Before I submitted application. No one is more important than anyone else and everyone no matter how little or much they are spending should feel important and special in the buying process. I’m in sales and I’ve never experienced a no experience that was so well I think I said it all. Shame of it is I was buying this tonight even before driving it and the sales rep who seems so nice had no support from management to get the deal done. I bought another one instead it’s not this color I would prefer this color but after the experience I went elsewhere More
