I bought a Nissan Armada from this place. I traveled from upstate New York to get to this place. To start off, there was absolutely no gas for the test drive, it was on E and the gas light wa I traveled from upstate New York to get to this place. I wasn’t able to drive the car for a proper test drive because the agent kept saying we can only circle it around the dealership but because of the 5’0 clock traffic.We sat and talked about the cost of the car and they said the down payment had to be no less than 3k, they said they will need my card to just “hold” the deal today and it would not be charged. Within the next 2 minutes, my card was taken somewhere and charged $3000 and I know this because I got a notification through a bank app on my phone. They said they would write me a check right then but it still did not make it right that they charged my card with out my permission. By the time I brought the car from New Jersey back home, I felt like there was an issue with the car. I went to a Nissan dealership and got my car checked, Come to find out the transmission was not working properly. Huge problem!!! I tried to call M Sport but they kept putting it off and saying that someone will call me later because everyone is too busy. I even tried to reach out to The agent that sold me the car but he blocked my number A couple days later, I called the bank to find out about the loan that was taken out for the car. They applied for a loan for $43,000 which I had no idea !!! The car was supposed to be $33,000. Huge scam!!!!!!! I was scammed for over $10,000. As far as the transmission goes Luckily, the car was just under 60,000 and was at 59,900 where the transmission was covered under warranty. There were also missing floor mats and had put a piece of paper on it to cover up so that no one would know the mat was missing. I was also told that the car is smoke free and pet free. But the seats had burned cigarette holes in them. I would never recommend this place to anyone!!!! This place is a scam and I hope that everyone rethinks before they buy a car from this place!!! The dealership had good selection of vehicles. A few appeared to have be wrecked in some manner and advertised otherwise.I have mixed emotions about financial. The car had slight damage to the paint which I brought up to the sales person and I was give an excuse that the bumper suffered scratches when transporting. Still no discount and/or fixture was event suggested or recommended . So much for Southern hospitality. Bought anyway but yet to drive car until paint blemishes can be corrected More

They sold us a car with a chipped windshield that we didn’t notice until 10 mins after leaving the dealership and I called my salesman Larry right away and told him about it. He checked with management and they declined responsibility on the $70 fix, and even tho I had found a picture they posted where you can see the chip when you zoom in on the windshield. Most dealers would just cover the cost and show appreciation for signing a loan for $26k with them but these people just clearly don’t care about their customers. Also, the car was sold to us with illegal tint on the front windows so we have to deal with that now since it failed inspection and I wasnt knowledgeable about that law before I left. They should at least make sure the vehicles are passable for inspection before selling them. More

Wanted to purchase a car. I would be coming from out of state. After a week of calling and texting and never getting any help. I was then told that there wasn't a sales manager on site to except the offer.(very odd) I was finally told after ten day of this that they don't except offer over the phone. Would have been nice if they told me that on day one. In case you think I was lowballing them, I wasn't. I offered them $500 below what they where asking for the car. What a waist of time. More
