Great Car Buying Experience My husband and I were so impressed with this car buying experience from beginning to end. We were searching online for the car we wanted and one came My husband and I were so impressed with this car buying experience from beginning to end. We were searching online for the car we wanted and one came up on their website. They provided a free CARFAX report which was very helpful. We inquired as to whether it was still available and received an email reply from ‘Bill’ very promptly saying it was. We asked if he would be willing to hold it for us until the following day when we could make the 17 mile drive over to see it. He said he was willing to hold it. He had the car sitting out front for us soon after we arrived. He was so friendly and helpful during the entire buying process. He handed us the key and told us to take it for a drive. This car was primo!! There was no high pressure or haggling on price. His boss filled out the documents and we were on our way in less than an hour. We appreciated their honesty and great customer service. Wish we had known about them years earlier! More

Not honest people. Probably the worst car buying experience I have ever had. I originally spoke with Eric concerning the truck I wanted to buy. I offered 26k for the veh Probably the worst car buying experience I have ever had. I originally spoke with Eric concerning the truck I wanted to buy. I offered 26k for the vehicle. He went into some sob story how he had that much in the truck. I called back a few days later and offered 27k he gave me the same sob story and told me he now had 27k in the truck. These people don't care about an honest deal. They mark up their inventory 5-7k and then are not willing to negotiate at all. If you have any kind of knowledge of the vehicle you are trying to buy and the value they won't give you the time of day. They want easy people to take advantage of and that's it. I have no problem with them making money on the deal. What I have a problem with is them trying to make all the money on the deal and then some. Thank God I didn't buy from them. I couldn't imagine dealing with them if i had gotten a vehicle and had problems. The salesman also tried to make a big deal about them putting new tires on the vehicle. I looked up the tires they purchased and put on the truck and they were a 80 dollar Wal-Mart tire. I have heard good things about Style Motors im going to give them a call tomorrow. More

Eric was extremely helpful and patient, answering a lot of my questions over the phone, since I could not be there due to work. He explained the finance process thoroughly and made it easy to seal the deal. We are looking to purchase another vehicle in the near future and we will definitely be back. Undercoated rust buckets I went to look/buy a vehicle from this dealer. Got the bait and switch from them and after a few minutes looking at what was ACTUALLY in stock I reali I went to look/buy a vehicle from this dealer. Got the bait and switch from them and after a few minutes looking at what was ACTUALLY in stock I realized that every vehicle I looked at had undercoating. After a few minutes of asking unanswered questions I came to the realization that these cars were all shipped down from Alberta and the undercoating was covering up all the corrosion. These cars and trucks were dressed up to look nice and they did a great job with that, but when you're running 35 inch tires on non lifted or leveled trucks and you're OK with things rubbing real bad, it shows that you really care more about the vehicles looking pretty as opposed to running well. Either take a mechanic with you, or make sure you do serious research, because these guys are happy to sell you a xxxxx. that's shiny. More
