Do not purchase from this dealership! ! They took advantage of my husband when I wasn’t able to be there. He went in for a simple oil change and they convinced him to trade our 2019 at 2% ! They took advantage of my husband when I wasn’t able to be there. He went in for a simple oil change and they convinced him to trade our 2019 at 2% interest for a older truck at 14.40%. My husband isn’t great with numbers. The truck smells like an ashtray and my husband was told it’s because the man who cleaned it was smoking in it while cleaning it but that odor is imbedded in it. They haven’t paid our trade off yet or changed the insurance over. I asked if I could void the contract because it’s a bad deal and my husbands father is on oxygen full time and we are his transportation and he cannot breath in it. Sales manager told us “It’s our problem now” I asked to trade for one that doesn’t have this odor and he said we can put you in a different truck but it’ll be $1,200 a month. This is 2 mortgage pmts. This dealership will say or do anything just to make a deal and get paid. More

Don’t buy or go here this dealership will just waste your time. I visited due to they keep calling me and send me a letter that they will buy back my truck and will give me a 25% more on kelly blue book pri time. And to spice things up they said that they will offer me more just because my truck is lifted and all the accessories i put in will be compensated. My Kelly Blue Book offer is 52k and they offer me 42k!! Like xxx happen to the plus 25% Kelly Blue Book price? Please don’t waste your money here go somewhere else. More
Saw a price online. Got to the dealer which was over an hour away. Once I got there they gave mec a ridiculous price not even close to the advertised price online. . They Said I didn’t “qualify” for all the rebates that they had. They Said the price of the car was with all the rebates. They do this to get you into the dealership. Total waste of my time. Not to mention they tried hitting me with an extra “market adjustment “ fee. Which is crap. We could not agree on a price. I walked out and bought a car at an honest dealership the very next day. Sales will tell you accessories are available and include them in the deal and after the fact tell you they are not available. This is the 3rd vehicle we have bought from M & L. It was easy to purchase. My problem with them is the salesmen are gone within a week or two after purchasing. We purchased a Jeep Cherokee Latitude, we expressed that we had to have a spare tire because the tires on our previous cars were only 10, 000 mile tires. He said no problem....here it is 1 1/2 months out our salesman gone and noone knows anything about our spare full size tire we were promised. My husband and I both signed a paper saying we owe you 1 full size spare tire, signed 2 times. Both papers are "missing" now. If I ever buy another car from M & L I will make sure that our salesperson has been there years instead of days. More

Matt was such a huge help in taking care of repairs we needed to our Dodge Journey radio system!!! Decided to add a routine maintenance while they had it, so in calling Matt back his reply was “no proble needed to our Dodge Journey radio system!!!
