We picked out the vehicle we wanted from the their inventory online and they did the rest. They gave us their best price from the get go and walked us through all the details. This was done all over the phone. Since we were in a different city, 6 hours driving distance. To top that they then sent the paperwork overnight for us to sign at a notary. Days later we flew down got the vehicle and drove back home. what an awesome experience we had. Thanks to Dre' Smartt, used car manager and all those that attended us so well. Our next purchase will be from MK Smith. More
Worst Service department Little story of my first experience with MK Smith Chevrolet's service department. On 12/30/2015, I had previously scheduled(12/29) my new 2015 Cama Little story of my first experience with MK Smith Chevrolet's service department. On 12/30/2015, I had previously scheduled(12/29) my new 2015 Camaro SS in for its first oil change at 8am. I brought it in at 7:55am and understandably being the week before a holiday weekend the service department was very busy. I waited a couple of minutes for a service person to help me and then service adviser Howard began to help me. We proceeded to his station and he inputted all of my information and let me know it would be 2-3 hours for the oil change to be completed. I let him know that would be fine, but I needed to be to work 3 miles up the street and would be needing a ride in the shuttle. I also advised the person who scheduled the appointment the day before of this as well, and they both said it would be quick and no problem. I was advised to wait across in the customer waiting area and the shuttle would be back promptly. In a nutshell it was over 1 hour and 45 minutes until the shuttle arrived, another driver arrived in a car and took a couple of customers away who had arrived at least an hour after me. I kept asking different service advisers what was going on and they just kept saying it was a hectic morning. Finally the shuttle driver arrived, I approached the driver and was told by her that she had to go to Upland to drop someone off and I needed to wait for another driver! I had asked to speak to the service manager on several occasions and the advisers kept saying they would take care of me. I was fed up at that point and needed to be at work, I asked to have my keys back and would take my own car(as it had not moved from its parking space in 2 hours). Finally, one of the advisers(who name I did not get) said he was trying to find a car to take me to work.....I pulled my spare key out of my pocket and told them they could drop me off in my own car at work, which we did. I did not arrive to work until 10:15am. This whole process was completely unacceptable. They all apologized to me and even the driver mentioned that "they would do something to make it up to me". I received a phone call around 1pm from Howard stating that the car was ready and he again apologized for the long wait to get to work. When I arrived, I went to the cashier got my receipt and then I waited an additional 15 minutes for them to bring my car and keys to me, with no mention of this debacle. I've called and asked to speak to the Service manager, emailed and even asked they contact me through their website....and NOTHING. Never again with these guys...such a shame More
Low pressure - easy process - THANK YOU! First off let me start by saying I never intended to buy a car here. They just had a good price on the internet which brought me in. I live 60 miles a First off let me start by saying I never intended to buy a car here. They just had a good price on the internet which brought me in. I live 60 miles away . That being said the reason for my writing this review was the exemplary service I received here at this dealership. I've bought lots to cars over the years and never have I received service like this. No games, no xx...Just genuinely friendly and helpful people. My salesman was Joseph Bogguss. Very knowledgeable and helpful guy. Low pressure. And easy to deal with. (I'd send a family member to him.) They made a slight mistake and came I in the very next day and (Joe wasn't there) and Stacey helped me out. She wasn't even my salesperson, but she picked up the ball like she was and and really went over and above the call of duty to help me. That is the reason why I'm so thankful and that is the reason for this review. Thanks you guys you really earned my business and I have no problem referring friends and family members to you- More

Appointment just a suggestion I just moved to Chino from across the country and needed to have my truck smoked to register in Ca. I called to get appointment for 10:00. Got there 1 I just moved to Chino from across the country and needed to have my truck smoked to register in Ca. I called to get appointment for 10:00. Got there 15 minutes early. After about 1 1/2 I checked to see how much longer. Service writer came to see me and told me t,hey we're having trouble turning on machine to smog car. At 2 hour mark,I asked when truck would be done. After another 15 minutes I went to cashier area and watched them just moving my truck. I asked to talk to service manager and he never showed up. The service writer then showed up again and told they were just working on my truck. I asked to speak to general manager and it was his day off.I asked who was in charge and was given sales manager. He apologized and said the appointment is just a time to bring vehicle in THATS WHAT YOU CALL AN APPOINTMENTS. He offered me a free oil change and I said I didn't want anything for free but just not to continue to lie to me. I buy a new Chevrolet every 2 years and this is no dealer I will ever consider to buy a vehicle if they continue to lie about everything. Go here if you don't care about being lied to about everything More
They lied to me and ruined our vacation I called the dealership and spoke to a service manager and set it up to have an ac inverter replaced on my 2014 truck while on vacation, I called 5 da I called the dealership and spoke to a service manager and set it up to have an ac inverter replaced on my 2014 truck while on vacation, I called 5 days in advance and when asked was told yes they will get it fixed that day, I also gave them my credit card number so they could set aside all the parts and verified they had everything to complete the job so there would be no issue since we were from Oklahoma and on vacation and we needed this to work on our camping vacation in the Redwoods. I showed up exactly when they told me to be there and parked in the service lane (one of 3 lanes), My son and I were the only people outside so we sit down right beside the lanes waiting for someone to help us. A service guy looks right at us and comes out just as a woman drives up so he helps her and spends 20 minutes helping her with her auto, as soon as they are done another female drives up and the same service guy helps her, we had been waiting 40 minutes to be helped for our appointment. Finally a woman comes out and says they have too many vehicles in front of ours and we will have to leave it till Monday, the next week. I asked for the manager and tell him of the situation and that I was told 5 days ago they'd get it in and out having it fixed same day as our appointment, I was told that the service guy came out 2 times and couldn't find us, he surely seen us drive up right in front of him, he looked right at us, we were the only people around and just a few feet right in front of him and every time he came out I stood up and walked towards him, there was no need to be dishonest about it, when the female service person walked out she seen us as there is no way possible to miss the only people around right there in front of you. The female went from saying leave it till Monday to after I complained to the manager to saying it would take 5-6 hours because they had so many others in front of us to fix, I knew from what they had told me when I made the appointment they would only be open for another 4 hours so I decided they were still being dishonest with me and I had enough already. I didn't take my son camping in the Redwoods and we headed back to Oklahoma. There were only 2 Chevrolet dealers between where I called in Colorado and the Redwoods that had this part in stock and I chose the wrong one to set up an appointment to have the defective part replaced. They let me down and 2 of the people in charge of service lied to me and the guy out on the service line lied to his manager. Come to where I purchased my truck and you'll see there is a major difference in excellent service and lousy dishonest service I was given at MK Smith. More
Purchase of our Chevy Corvette I want to thank Joseph Boghos from MK Smith Chevrolet for making a 26-year promise come true for my husband. I told my husband at 19 years old, you pu I want to thank Joseph Boghos from MK Smith Chevrolet for making a 26-year promise come true for my husband. I told my husband at 19 years old, you put me through court reporting school, I'll buy you your Vet. We had been searching for over a year for the right Corvette and when I was on our Geico website, it pulled up the Corvette we had been looking for. It was four hours away from us in Chino, California. I sent an email, and immediately called back and got the ball rolling. We drove in. It was waiting for us. I didn't even want to sit in it. I told him to go with my husband to take it for a drive. He said, The only person driving it for the first time with Fred would be me. I totally agreed. We loved it, signed the papers quickly. Even though they were super busy, we went in with Joe Mauro, who was amazing, signed and drove away with my husband's dream car. It was so amazing to be able to follow him 4 hours knowing the last thing on his bucket list had been checked off. Fred had sacrificed so much of his life for his family. Four kids, all in private school. He drove an old white 2002 Saturn to work for so many years. He drove a 2006 Corolla to work and never complained. He so deserved this dream. Thank you, Joseph and MK Smith Chevrolet, for being part of this amazing day!! More
Second to None in Excellent Cusomer Service. Danny Monarrez and Scott Hazlett are ambassadors of M.K. Smith and excellent customer service. I went to M.K. looking for a new Silverado. Danny showe Danny Monarrez and Scott Hazlett are ambassadors of M.K. Smith and excellent customer service. I went to M.K. looking for a new Silverado. Danny showed us the truck I was interested in, then showed us a truck I didn't think was in our price range. He presented an amazing deal on the truck and then patiently worked with me, for half a day, making numerous trips to the sales office, to get me the trade in value I wanted. Since the truck I agreed to purchase was sold while I was working with Danny, they found a replacement at a different dealer. When the replacement truck arrived, there were a couple of issues. Sales Manager Scott Hazlett introduced himself and assured us he would take care of everything. Scott followed through and I am a very satisfied owner. Danny and Scott, and also Dennis in Service, who handled a nail in my tire 12 hours after purchase. You guys truly validate M.K. Smith's motto of "Second to None." Thanks. More
My Family and I visited MK Smith on 9/28/13; Saturday. My good family friend recommended Curtis McCoy, which recommended Danny Monnarez and Scott Hazelnut in Internet Sales. l was very pleased with their ser good family friend recommended Curtis McCoy, which recommended Danny Monnarez and Scott Hazelnut in Internet Sales. l was very pleased with their service and honesty. Nothing was routine and or scripted. Everything we asked for and wanted was at point and or close to what we had in mind in $ and monthly payments. The outcome was 2 vehicles and the best deal with warranty package: affordable, and minimal. Our family, extended family, and friends have purchased from MK Smith in the past. It had been almost 10 years and still received the best deals, service, and comfort one feels when you have made the right decision. We still are in awe over the consistency of service. We really feel it comes from the genuine Family Owned and Operated service one just doesn't experience anymore. We arrived at the Internet Sales Office understanding the time span since we last purchased a vehicle, but were not disappointed. One does not have to worry about being hustled over $ when Family Operations are still valued. I would recommend MK Smith to anyone who wants to experience sincere service and can except minimal errors over big corporate, business problems! More
